Re:analysis - tax audit data mining
| In the last issue of the newsletter, we went mushroom hunting. In this issue we will be doing something completely different; hunt for unpaid taxes. This exercise is based on real data. October 2006 Welcome to the first periodic newsletter since our launch of the P3 license model. The first few weeks have been exciting with many new RDS users from all over the globe. What data-mining method should I use? Re:analysis | In this issue we are dissecting no less than two data sets. Since it is mushroom season here in Sweden, we went through some data to see if there is something to learn before going to the forest to stock. Data available for download. | | Mushroom data mining season » | | For those of you chemically inclined, we have performed a re-analysis of a toxicity classification data set that we published earlier this year. This time we used other descriptors. Data available for download. | | Phenol toxicity classification » |
