All support programs include technical support (installation, software how-to and deployment) and consultative support that can be used for all aspects of data mining and predictive analytics practices, and does not have to be directly related to our software, e.g. problem formulation and data representation, model construction and validation. All support agreements are on a site basis and independent of the number of users.
